As it related to the martial arts, Master Grogin's most significant passion is that of teaching. In 1996 Master Grogin received his first opportunities to teach through assisting in his Tae Kwon Do school. Over the years Master Grogin has been honored and lucky to be invited to teach at many annual martial arts conferences, camps and gatherings. Master Grogin also enjoys visiting other martial arts schools for guest teaching, sharing and collaborating.

Over the years Master Grogin has become known for his competitive and power breaking seminar and workshops as well as his seminars on the subject of kicking and footwork.

Super Summers Seminars

Super Summer Seminars, (one of the longest continuously running camps), has also long been recognized as one of the best camps available for program, organization, and value.

The Super Summer Seminars martial arts camp was established in 1983 by Sensei Michael J. Campos, Director of the Zen-Do Kai Martial Arts Association (zdkusa.com). Sensei Campos recognized the beneficial effects of martial arts cross-training. He established Super Summer Seminars in 1983, with the goal to create a camp for Martial Artists of any style or organization to meet and train so they could all improve by learning from each other. Under his direction, for 25 years the program has hosted many world-renowned martial artists as “Special Guest” instructors. SSS has contributed heavily to the training, careers and martial arts traditions of thousands over those years.

One of those whose training and martial arts career was enhanced by association with SSS (as a student and instructor) was Sensei Tom Arcuri. In 2008 Sensei Campos tasked him to carry on the Super Summers tradition for the foreseeable future.

World Kobudo Federation Convention

World Convention is a complex event that World Kobudo Federation started at 1993 at France.

The main goal was the elevation of Martial Arts and the chance of common action between the Federation’s numerous members who come from USA, Canada, Europe and Asia, but also for the friends of Martial Arts

Capital Conquest

Year Started: 1995

Capital Conquest is the official World Kobudo Federation event for North America. It is held annually in Canada since 1991 and brings together over 1,000 trainees.

t is an event, organized by the Hanshi John Therien WKF President on the first weekend of November, about seminars and night shows. On the last day, often in the context of the event, national or international Full Contact Kick Boxing matches are organized in association with Federation member Jean Yves Theriault, 23 times world champion Kick Boxing.
